智通财经APP讯，顺丰控股(06936)公布，公司综合考虑证券市场情况、公司资金状况以及股份回购进展等因素后，于2025年10月30日召开第六届董事会第二十五次会议审议通过对2025年第1期A股回购股份方案进行以下调整： 回购股份的资金总额将由“不低于人民币5亿元且不超过人民币10亿元”调整为“不低于人民币15亿元且不超过人民币30亿元”，且回购实施期限延长至董事会审议通过调整2025年第1期A股回购股份方案之日起12个月止，即回购实施期限自2025年4月28日起至2026年10月29日止。除调整回购股份资金总额及延长实施期限外，2025年第1期A股回购股份方案的其他内容不发生变化。
