智通财经APP讯，招商局港口(00144)公布，于2025年10月30日，公司董事会建议公司与Terminal Link订立融资协议，该公司分别由公司全资附属Direct Achieve及CMA CGM的全资附属公司CMA Terminals直接拥有其49%及51%权益。 公司将向Terminal Link提供本金金额1,960万美元(相等于约1.53亿港元) 的股东贷款，利息每年8.25%。
公告称，集团的核心业务包括港口及港口相关业务。董事认为，向Terminal Link提供股东贷款融资将支持Terminal Link及KFTL的业务发展需要，因此该等交易对集团有利。
