新加坡经济发展局最新调查显示，在持续存在的全球经济挑战背景下，当地制造业企业信心仍持谨慎态度。约六成受访企业预计，直至2026年3月其经营环境将基本保持当前格局，但部分企业已调降业务前景预期。

　　精密工程领域对商业展望最为悲观，约三成受访企业预测未来六个月业务环境可能恶化。这主要源于机械与系统工程细分板块担忧，在贸易政策和关税环境不确定背景下，客户对新订单的决策周期或将延长。

　　值得关注的是，尽管经营环境承压，制造业内仍有超半数企业预计2023年第四季度用工规模将与第三季度持平，显示行业就业韧性仍存。
