Sunstone Metals (ASX:STM) said that partnership talks for its Bramaderos and its El Palmer gold and copper projects in Ecuador have advanced to a stage where a formal offer may be finalized, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Due diligence has been undertaken under signed confidential deals, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 16% at market close.
