Zhaobangji Lifestyle (HKG:1660) named Meng Zhaoyi as its chairman effective Thursday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the property firm were up 5% in Friday afternoon trading.
Meng, from June 2020 to October 2025, worked in various roles, including deputy CEO, under Well Link Insurance Group.
Zhang Yu, on the same day, resigned as deputy chief executive to devote more time to her other business commitments.
