ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Defiant 报道，NEAR 协议已于 10 月 30 日推出网络升级，将 NEAR 代币年通胀率由 5% 降至约 2.4%。此次升级预计每年新铸代币将减少近 6000 万枚，并同步下调质押收益率。然而，原定授权此更改的社区治理投票此前未达门槛，仅获得 45.06% 支持，低于技术上要求的 66.67%，导致提案未获通过。
尽管投票失败，NEAR 核心团队仍将相关通胀减半内容纳入协议升级，引发部分验证者批评。知名质押服务商 Chorus One 表示，核心团队无视治理投票结果强行推动升级，“危及协议治理完整性”，呼吁其他验证者暂不升级节点，并指出此举开创了治理“危险先例”。
