霍尼韦尔大中华区总裁余锋:企业发展不能局限于短期效益,需以长期主义为导向

  HBR管理年会2025暨新增长大会于10月31日召开,霍尼韦尔大中华区总裁、霍尼韦尔过程控制副总裁兼大中华区总经理余锋在演讲中表示,企业发展不能局限于短期效益,需以长期主义为导向,着眼未来三至五年甚至更长远布局,当前全球畅销产品多源于十年前的重金研发投入,而当下看似 “无即时回报” 的投入,正是构筑未来竞争优势的关键。

  他以自身企业的研发实践为例:“我们当前推进的大量研究项目,不仅今年看不到明显效果,部分项目明年甚至都无法贡献销售收入,但我们仍在持续加大投资力度。这并非盲目投入,而是基于长期主义的战略判断。今天在研发上的每一分投入,都是为了三至五年后能推出更贴合市场需求的产品,构建更稳固的品牌护城河。”
