智通财经APP讯，安领国际(01410)发布公告，根据对集团截至2025年9月30日止六个月(2026财年上半年)的未经审核综合管理账目和目前可得资料的初步评估，与截至2024年9月30日止六个月(2025财年上半年)的公司拥有人应占未经审核亏损净额(亏损净额)约120万港元相比，预期集团2026财年上半年将取得公司拥有人应占纯利约2300万港元至约2700万港元，实现转亏为盈。
预期由亏损净额转为纯利的主要原因为，按照独立专业估值师于2025年9月30日所编制的估值报告，香港数字资产交易集团有限公司控股公司的非上市投资所涉及按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值收益约1770万港元(2025财年上半年：此投资的按公平值计入损益的公平值亏损约1120万港元)。
