智通财经APP讯，百盛集团(03368)发布公告，于2025年10月31日，贵州神奇百盛商业发展有限公司(公司的间接非全资附属公司)、贵州龙港商业运营管理有限公司与贵州云翠物业管理有限公司就物业订立租约终止协议，以终止日期为2024年3月29日的租赁协议，自2025年11月30日起生效。
该租赁物业为中国贵州省贵阳市中华中路117号龙港国际中心负一层、一层至四层。
根据就物业所订立日期为2024年3月29日的租赁协议，租赁协议的期限应从物业开始装修之日起算。由于客观原因，物业的装修工程无法进行。因此，租赁协议的期限尚未开始。董事会认为，由于物业的装修工程无法进行，导致分租客无法在物业经营其百货商店，因此应终止租赁协议。
