德勤在香港召开年度合伙人大会，发表“2025年香港经济展望白皮书《厚积新发：香港经济转型与机遇展望》”，并启动“Hong Kong LEAP”勤跃香港战略，宣布在未来4年投入5亿港元，创造约1000份高质量就业岗位，重点关注金融创新、企业出海、创科协同、绿色转型四大增长引擎。
德勤中国首席执行官刘明华表示，“十五五”规划为内地经济发展注入动力，而香港同样受惠，相信未来香港将为内地企业“出海”以及绿色转型等方面，持续发挥正面作用。
德勤中国华南区主管合伙人欧振兴表示，香港金融市场国际的程度高，目前正积极吸纳更多A股公司赴港上市，欧振兴估计，内地A股500强当中，仍有200多家公司具有潜力来港以H股挂牌，此外在地缘政治风险纾缓之下，未来海外及内地企业也有更多机会分拆其海外业务来港上市。
