今日(10月31日)，华润置地控股有限公司(下称“置地控股”)发布人事变动公告称，徐荣先生担任该公司董事长，赵伟先生担任该公司董事、财务总监、信息披露事务负责人。李欣先生不再担任该公司董事长，郭世清先生不再担任该公司董事、财务总监、信息披露事务负责人。
随后，华润置地有限公司(1109.HK，下称“华润置地”)相关人士介绍，“置地控股”是“华润置地”在内地的全资子公司，注册地在深圳，承担了内地发债等职能。本次“置地控股”的董事变动系该公司依据公司章程，经股东决定及董事会决议程序作出的，刊发公告亦是依据内地相关发债监管的规定开展的常规披露。“置地控股”的上述人事变动不涉及上市公司“华润置地”。“部分媒体的解读有误，特此澄清。”该人士称。
