Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology's (SHE:002865, HKG:2865) CFO Huang Falian resigned effective Friday due to personal work re-arrangement, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The photovoltaic cell manufacturer, on the same day, named Zhou Xiaohui as its new CFO.
Zhou has served as deputy general manager at Shangrao Jietai New Energy Technology since December 2019.
