彭博美元指数触及三个月新高，美联储主席鲍威尔淡化年底降息预期。日元跌至2月份以来最低，日本央行周四决策几乎没有释放鹰派信号。

　　彭博美元指数一度上涨0.6%，G-10货币兑美元齐跌。

　　东方汇理银行G-10外汇研究与策略主管Valentin Marinov表示，目前可能起作用的因素之一是市场上仍存在大量美元空头头寸，如果美元短期逼空行情持续，这些空头可能被迫平仓。

　　野村放弃对美联储12月降息的预测，认为按兵不动的可能性最大。

　　美元/日元一度上涨1.1%，至154.45；日本央行维持利率不变，行长植田和男表示央行在抗通胀方面行动迟缓的风险并未上升。

　　欧元/美元下跌0.3%，至1.1566。

　　欧洲央行连续第三次会议维持利率不变，欧元区通胀率得到控制，并且经济持续扩张。

　　Brown Brothers Harriman策略师Elias Haddad表示，欧洲央行暗示，进一步放松货币政策的门槛很高，这应该会削弱美元上涨势头，欧元/美元不太可能跌破1.15。

　　美元/瑞郎上涨0.3%，至0.8020。

　　瑞士央行官员表示，央行必要时不会回避干预外汇市场，利率仍是主要政策工具。

　　澳元/美元下跌0.4%，至0.6550。
