智通财经APP获悉，中国圣牧(01432)高开近10%，截至发稿，涨9.84%，报0.335港元，成交额12.8万港元。此外，现代牧业(01117)高开1.65%，报1.23港元。
消息面上，现代牧业和中国圣牧分别公布，现代牧业斥3752万港元增持中国圣牧1.28%股权，而蒙牛奶业(02319)把所持中国圣牧24.9%股权的表决权授予现代牧业，现代牧业按例向中国圣牧提出可能强制有条件现金要约，每股要约价0.35港元，比昨天收报0.305港元溢价14.75%。
现代牧业指出，要约代价最多约20.2亿港元，收购利用规模经济降低采购成本，两大集团合并后畜群规模将超过61万头。规模扩大后，现代牧业将能够利用产量优势，在饲料等大宗材料采购中获得更优惠的价格，从而进一步实现规模经济，并降低单位成本，并且优化生产组合，增强竞争力。
