智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)发布公告，于2025年10月31日交易时段后，各该等业主方(公司的全资附属公司)与承包商DaeBo Energy Solution Co., Ltd.分别订立工程、采购及建设协议，据此，各业主方将委聘承包商按每一合同价格约42.14亿韩圆(约2276万港元)承接该等工程，即所有该等工程、采购及建设协议的合同价格共约为294.99亿韩圆(约1.59亿港元)。
该服务为承包商应以全包基准，提供包含设计、工程、采购、建设、启动、调试及测试等服务，为各该等业主方承接该等工程。
公司为投资控股公司。集团总部位于新加坡，在全球主要从事投资风电及太阳能项目；及为风力及太阳能发电项目提供专业技术服务及综合解决方案。各该等业主方均为公司的全资附属公司，从事太阳能发电设施开发及运营。承包商主要于大韩民国从事机电工程项目（包括光伏项目）的工程、采购及建设。
