Stocks to Watch: Amazon, Reddit, SPS Commerce

Amazon.com logged a 13% revenue jump and strong cloud sales. The stock popped 13% to $251.22 in after-hours trading Thursday.

Reddit's third-quarter revenue and profit rose on advertising demand. The stock gained 9% to $212.70 after the bell.

SPS Commerce cut its sales outlook after recording revenue below expectations in the third quarter. Shares dropped 26% to $76.46.
