智通财经APP获悉，光伏股集体走高，截至发稿，新特能源(01799)涨8.75%，报8.58港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨6.06%，报1.39港元；信义光能(00968)涨3.83%，报3.8港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)涨2.39%，报12.44港元。
消息面上，据上海证券报报道，在10月28日央视财经频道播出的《经济半小时》节目中，协鑫集团董事长朱共山就国内光伏龙头联合收储产能一事称：“我跟TCL李东生董事长见面，我也跟隆基绿能的钟宝申总沟通。我们17家（龙头）企业基本上都签字了。”
申万宏源发布研报称，多晶硅为反内卷的核心抓手，联合平台的成立有助于多晶硅供给侧改革的加速推进。反内卷持续推进，行业价格和盈利修复明显。2025年三季度，多晶硅行业在“不低于成本销售”的价格法规要求下开始提涨，逐步恢复至综合成本线之上。
