网飞（Netflix，股票代码 NFLX）于周四宣布将进行1拆10股的股票拆分。这意味着，现有股东每持有 1 股网飞股票，将额外获得 9 股，最终持有 10 股。
拆分后，网飞股票的交易价格将降至当前价格的十分之一。该股周四收盘价为 1089 美元。
公司在一份声明中表示，此举旨在 “将公司普通股的市场价格重置至更易让参与公司股票期权计划的员工获取的区间”。
消息公布后，网飞股票周五盘前涨幅一度达 3%。
公司表示，拆分调整后的股票将于 11 月 17 日开始交易。举例来说，若现在完成拆分，该股交易价格将约为每股 110 美元。
任何公司的股价均由简单算术计算得出，即公司市值除以流通股数量。
理论上，公司股价可以是任何数值，且该价格与公司整体价值并无关联。但部分学术研究表明，股票拆分消息公布后，相关股票表现往往更优，这意味着投资者认为管理层在宣布拆分时传递了某种有意义的信息。
此次是网飞第三次宣布股票拆分。该公司曾在 2015 年推出 1 股拆7股的拆分方案，2004 年则进行过 1 股拆2 股的拆分。
自 2002 年首次公开募股（IPO）以来，网飞股价累计涨幅已超过 100000%。
