智通财经APP讯，华润医药(03320)公布，于2025年10月29日，华润医药(汕头)(作为普通合伙人)、华润双鹤(作为有限合伙人)以及华润医药投资(作为有限合伙人)(各自为该公司的附属公司)与其他合伙人就成立拟议规模为人民币5亿元的基金订立有限合伙协议。基金将主要从事合成生物学、创新药物及生物技术领域的高增长企业投资。该集团拟承诺出资总额将为人民币1.23亿元，约占基金承诺出资总额的24.6%。基金于成立后将不会入账为公司的附属公司。深圳华润资本将获委托为基金的基金管理人。
合成生物学乃该集团的战略发展方向之一。通过设立基金，集团旨在于呼和浩特构建合成生物学产业化平台，优化集团在相关重点领域的战略布局。此外，凭借呼和浩特产业发展的协同优势，集团预期基金将实现丰富合成生物学产业投资渠道、促进创新孵化、加速产品技术合作、获取商业化产品权益等目标。于成立基金后，基金将于公司的综合财务报表内入账为股权投资。
