SK海力士公司周三表示，由于高带宽存储器（HBM）领域的强劲表现，第三季度营业利润首次突破了10万亿韩元（合69.7亿美元）。
该公司在一份监管文件中表示，第三季度营业利润为11.38万亿韩元，较去年同期的7.02万亿韩元飙升了62%。
净利润为12.59万亿韩元，比去年同期增长了一倍以上。营收增长了39.1%，达到24.44万亿韩元。
SK海力士表示，业绩增长得益于全球动态随机存储器（DRAM）和NAND闪存的价格上涨，再加上人工智能服务器产业对高端产品的需求旺盛。
