高丰度13CO气体是尿素呼气试验中用于检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染的关键原材料，本次产品正式发布，标志着中国同辐打破了我国尿素呼气试验原材料——13CO完全依赖进口的局面，大幅度提升了我国稳定同位素产品的研发和生产技术能力，标志着中国在稳定同位素技术领域的研究和应用正逐步走向世界前列，中国同辐成为完整掌握呼气试验产品全产业链的龙头企业。
当日，中国同辐正式启动稳定同位素基地二期项目建设，项目建成后，中国同辐将形成高丰度13CO气体、碳13尿素原料药以及其它覆盖胃肠道疾病治疗药物原料药的稳定供应能力，对提升国民健康水平、促进医用同位素高质量发展、服务“健康中国”建设具有重要意义。
