智通财经APP讯，非凡领越(00933)发布公告，于2025年7月17日至2025年10月31日期间(包括首尾两天)，收购方(非凡中国发展有限公司)通过联交所于公开市场上进一步收购合共3064.65万股李宁公司股份，总代价约为5.09亿港元(不含印花税及相关开支)。每股收购股份的平均价格约为16.61港元。
进行收购事项前，收购方持有3.19亿股李宁股份(占于本公告日期李宁公司已发行股份总数约12.34%)。完成收购事项后，收购方将持有3.5亿股李宁股份(占于本公告日期李宁公司已发行股份总数约13.53%)。李宁公司于收购事项完成后继续为集团的联营公司之一，且集团将继续于帐目中分占李宁公司的溢利减亏损。
