智通财经APP讯，NIU HOLDINGS(08619)发布公告，曾永祺已辞任执行董事以追求其他业务及个人发展，自2025年10月31日起生效。因此，曾永祺于同日起不再担任：根据联交所GEM证券上市规则第 5.24条规定的本公司两名授权代表之一(GEM上市规则授权代表); 及根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)为本公司在香港接受法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(与GEM上市规则授权代表统称授权代表)。
邵玉明已辞任独立非执行董事以追求其他业务及个人发展，自2025年10月31日起生效。因此，于同日不再担任董事会审核委员会主席，以及董事会薪酬委员会及董事会提名委员会各自的成员。
董事会同时宣布，自曾永祺辞去上述职务后，梁震宇将自2025年10月31日起获委任为本公司授权代表。
由于自2025年10月31日起，邵玉明辞任独立非执行董事后，不再担任审核委员会主席、薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员，梁文俊获委任为审核委员会主席，并留任薪酬委员会主席及提名委员会成员。
