周福贵先生已获委任为执行董事及董事会主席、提名委员会主席、ESG委员会主席以及战略投资委员会成员，自2025年10月31日起生效。
此外，戚建先生不再担任上市规则第3.05条项下所要求的公司授权代表，周福贵先生已获委任为授权代表，接替戚建先生。
