智通财经APP讯，云顶新耀(01952)公布，于2025年10月28日，该公司与Visara,Inc.(Visara)(为新桥生物(前称为I-Mab，及为一家于纳斯达克全球市场上市的公司，股票代码为“NBP”)的附属公司)订立协议，据此Visara不可撤销地授予公司独家许可，于大中华区、新加坡、南韩及若干东南亚国家开发、生产及商业化VIS-101，其为一种新型双功能生物制剂，针对VEGF-A与ANG-2，其疗效较第一代治疗更为显著，可望为湿性年龄相关性黄斑部病变、糖尿病性黄斑部水肿及视网膜静脉阻塞患者提供更持久的治疗效益。
根据指定独家许可，公司的付款义务包括：(i)预付款700万美元(相当于约人民币4970万元)及自付费用报销最多人民币2400万元;(ii)潜在开发及销售里程碑款项最多8900万美元(相当于约人民币6.32亿元);以及(iii)按净销售额的潜在特许权使用费。
董事认为，公司与Visara之间的策略合作可为公司带来高度差异化及具有商业吸引力的资产，以丰富公司后期产品管线。VIS-101亦令公司能够扩展到眼科这一个具有竞争力且存在大量未满足的医疗需要的领域。
