智通财经APP讯，佑驾创新(02431)发布公告，于2025年10月31日，公司全资附属公司桐乡乌镇佑驾与河南格玖建筑就该项目订立建设工程施工合同，据此，河南格玖建筑同意承接该项目的建设工程。河南格玖建筑将负责该项目的建设工程施工。该项目涉及年产60万台(套)智能驾驶辅助产品的建设设施，地址位于桐乡市乌镇镇，上塔庙港东侧，运河大道北侧。该项目的总占地面积约为27,687.33平方米，总建筑面积约为57,784.03平方米。
河南格玖建筑就该项目承接的建设工程范围包括但不限于：土方工程、桩基础工程、土建工程、门窗工程、机电工程、消防工程、室内外装修、市政管网工程、道路工程、园林景观工程、围墙与大门工程(包括临时与永久)等工程。
订立建设工程施工合同有助于公司未来经营战略的实现，工程建成后，预期该项目可以提高集团的生产效率、生产能力和适应高端设备制造需要，满足集团的业务发展需求。同时，优化生产线布局，提升生产智能化水平，提升产能，全方位增强公司盈利能力，助力公司产能扩建升级。公司认为，建议委聘河南格玖建筑将能适当满足该项目的建设及发展需求。
