** Shares of Australia's Charter Hall Retail REIT CQR.AX fell as much as 2.3% to A$4.055, its biggest intraday pct loss since July 11
** Shares are now down 1.9%
** Co buys 100% of 4 net lease convenience hardware assets for A$151 million ($98.12 million)
** Says FY26 distribution per unit guidance is forecast to increase to 25.5 Australian cents per unit as a result of the acquisitions
** YTD, shares up 29.2%
