Palantir起诉两名前高级人工智能工程师，指控两人窃取公司机密文件及技术资料，并创立“山寨版竞争AI公司”Percepta。根据周四于纽约曼哈顿联邦法院提交的诉状，Palantir称Radha Jain与Joanna Cohen涉嫌盗取公司投入数十亿美元开发的核心源码等资料。Jain曾负责设计及开发公司旗舰软件，Cohen则直接与大型客户接洽，两人皆为公司高级员工。Palantir表示，两人早于去年底相继离职，隐瞒真实意图，策划已久；直至本月风险投资公司General Catalyst宣布推出Percepta后，事件才被揭发。
