智通财经APP讯，昆仑能源(00135)公布，中油中泰与山东胜利股份有限公司(胜利股份)已订立意向书，据悉，中油中泰拟向胜利股份出售南通中油51%股权及甘河中油40%股权，胜利股份可通过发行股份及支付现金方式支付代价。由于谈判仍在进行中且尚未订立具法律约束力协议，因此上述交易未必会落实。
据悉，南通中油主要业务为天然气销售及燃气管道建设。甘河中油主要业务为天然气销售及燃气管道建设。
