吴晖先生已获委任为独立非执行董事，审核委员会主席以及提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员，自2025年10月31日起生效。李宏义先生已获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员，自2025年10月31日起生效。公司独立非执行董事杨惠敏女士已获委任为薪酬委员会的主席，自2025年10月31日起生效。
自2025年10月31日起，张凡先生已辞任执行董事、董事会主席及提名委员会主席，邢勇先生、王景明先生已辞任非执行董事。蒋学俊先生、杜严华先生及赖亮全先生(辞任独立非执行董事)已辞任非执行董事。于彼等各自辞任后，辞任独立非执行董事各自亦将不再担任审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
