Rollins raised its quarterly dividend by 11%, to 18.25 cents a share, from 16.5 cents a share.
The new payout, equal to 73 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.3% based on Tuesday's closing price of $56.05.
The consumer and commercial services company has now raised its regular dividend by more than 80% since the beginning of 2022, Chief Financial Officer Kenneth Krause said.
