智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02562)早盘重挫逾17%，低见8.9港元再创新低。截至发稿，跌16.25%，报9.12港元，成交额1.52亿港元。
消息面上，狮腾控股公告称，附属拟发行本金3500万美元的可换股债券，可换股债券初始转股价为11.96港元，较前一交易日收市价11.11港元溢价约7.7%，所得款项净额约2.6亿港元，将用于投资黄金、黄金支持类及黄金相关产品。公开资料显示，狮腾控股来自新加坡，为阿里巴巴旗下东南亚电商解决方案平台。
值得注意的是，狮腾控股此前公布，计划收购一家中国SaaS企业，该企业专注于为商业机构提供全渠道数字化商务、智慧零售及供应链解决方案，在中国SaaS市场占据重要地位。市场曾猜测目标企业为商越科技或者聚水潭，而聚水潭已于2025年10月21日登陆港股上市。
