　　2023年12月米莱就职阿根廷总统以来，推行激进的紧缩财政策，虽然短期内在抑制通胀、控制财政赤字等方面取得一定成效，但仍然面临物价高企、民众抗议罢工等问题，且阿根廷长期的外债压力累积引发市场对比索的抛售，导致阿根廷比索两年以来贬值幅度超过280%；2024年末阿根廷外汇储备为244亿美元，较2022年末缩水46%。对阿根廷来说，美国此次救助行动一定程度缓解了其短期经济压力，有助于米莱政府平稳度过10月26日的国会中期选举，但长期来看，阿根廷经济压力仍然高企，根源性问题难以完全解决。
