消息面上，中国国航公告，前三季度实现营业收入1298.26亿元，同比增长1.31%；净利润为18.7亿元，同比增长37.31%。第三季度实现营业收入490.69亿元，同比增长0.9%；净利润为36.76亿元，同比下降11.31%。
此外，中国国航拟向控股股东中航集团和集团全资子公司中航控股发行A股股票，数量不超过30.44亿股，募集资金总额不超过200亿元，发行价格为6.57元/股。本次发行募集资金拟用于偿还债务及补充流动资金。中航集团和中航控股拟以现金方式认购本次发行的全部A股股票。
