HD-Hyundai Marine Engine (KRX:071970) secured a contract worth 53 billion won to supply ship engines to HJ Shipbuilding & Construction (KRX:097230), the company said in a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The deal, valid till Aug. 27, 2027, represents 16.8% of HD-Hyundai Marine Engine's total sales in 2024.
Shares of HJ Shipbuilding & Construction fell more than 3% at market close.
