智通财经APP讯，应力控股(02663)发布公告，根据对集团截至2025年9月30日制6个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，集团预计本期间的综合除税后溢利将较2024年同期减少不少于50%。减少的主要原因是收益下降，导致毛利降低。
管理层认为，由于于2025年3月31日的未偿还合约已基本完成，且本期间新获得项目的合约金额相对较小，因此结构工程工作收益有所减少。毛利的减少被行政及其他经营开支以及财务成本于本期间的成本节约部分抵销。
另一方面，集团正在评估合约资产，贸易及其他应收款项有否减值迹象。任何亏损拨备，如有，将导致本期间溢利进一步减少。但董事会谨此强调亏损拨备为非现金性质，并不会影响集团的现金状况。
