美股周三早盘，高性能模拟半导体公司思佳讯（Skyworks Solutions，SWKS）上涨3.9%，Qorvo （QRVO）上涨3.1%。思佳讯公司宣布以220亿美元现金加股票交易收购Qorvo后，交易双方都获得了花旗的评级上调。

　　花旗称，此次合并预计将带来规模效应和业务多元化，预期成本协同效应为5亿美元。监管批准仍是一个问题，但分析师对该交易获得批准持乐观态度。
