Metals X Says Tasmania JV's Tin Production Up in Q3

Metals X (ASX:MLX) said the Renison tin operation in Tasmania, in which it holds a 50% stake through a joint venture, achieved a total tin production of 2,272 tonnes of tin-in-concentrate in the third quarter, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

In the same period last year, Renison produced 2,899 tonnes of tin-in-concentrate, an earlier filing showed.

Total cash production costs stood at AU$52.6 million for the three months ended September, compared with AU$46.9 million a year earlier.

The company received over 52% of tin-in-concentrate tonnes shipped during the period, compared with more than 49% in the previous year.
