运输部长肖恩-达菲（Sean Duffy）的命令取消了墨西哥航空公司、Volaris航空公司和Viva Aerobus航空公司当前或计划中的航班，并冻结了墨西哥航空公司在美国和贝尼托-华雷斯国际机场之间的客货联运服务（称为 "腹舱货运"）的增长。
