新加坡将简化交易所监管机构的IPO审核程序路透新加坡10月29日 - 新加坡金融管理局（MAS）周三表示，新加坡计划简化上市程序，将招股说明书和上市资格审查合并到新加坡交易所(SGX)的独立子公司--新加坡交易所监管公司(SGX RegCo)之下。
当局将在 11 月 29 日前就这一建议征求公众意见，这意味着潜在发行方只需与 SGX RegCo 打交道，而无需同时面对金管局和交易所监管机构。
新加坡金管局在一份声明中表示，该局将继续监督新加坡交易所监管公司，并执行证券与期货法规定的招股说明书披露规则。
另外，新交所监管公司在一份声明中表示，将与主要交易所一致，把新股主板上市的利润门槛从3,000万坡元降至1,000万坡元（773万美元）。
该公司首席执行官Tan Boon Gin在声明中说："我们正在推进新加坡作为国际资本市场领先枢纽的各项举措。"
监管公司还将完善生命科学公司等尚未创收公司的准入标准，以扩大投资者的选择范围。
该公司表示，发行方必须继续提供有力的信息披露，包括重要的内部控制弱点和利益冲突。
新交所监管公司将取消其财务观察名单，理由是这会对商业信心产生意想不到的负面影响，但连续三年亏损的公司必须披露这一情况。(完)
