Regency Centers Raises Dividend by 7%

Regency Centers raised its quarterly dividend by 7%, to 75.5 cents a share from 70.5 cents a share.

The new payout, equal to $3.02 a year, represents an annual yield of 4.2% based on Tuesday's closing price of $71.54.

The dividend increase is a result of the company's strong performance, including in its third quarter, Chief Executive Lisa Palmer said.
