据科创板日报，英伟达已成为台积电下一代A16工艺的目前唯一客户，双方正就此展开联合测试。消息还指出，作为台积电长期大客户的苹果公司，尚未就其移动应用处理器采用A16工艺一事展开洽谈。根据英伟达公布的 GPU 路线图，其产品演进顺序为 Hopper、Blackwell、Rubin，最终到达 Feynman。其中，计划于 2028 年推出的 Feynman 架构 GPU，预计将全面采用台积电的 A16 工艺制造。
