更新 1-LME 因瑞穗违反规则罚款 26.5 万英镑增加细节，瑞穗不予置评
路透伦敦10月31日 - 伦敦金属交易所周五表示，在对日本金融集团瑞穗（Mizuho）的一个部门涉嫌不当行为进行调查后，对其违反规则的行为处以 26.5 万英镑的罚款(35.6 万美元)。
Mizuho Securities USA 是 LME 的二类会员，LME 在一份通知中称，该公司未能报告其两家关联公司在 2022 年 9 月 5 日至 2024 年 12 月 20 日期间的场外持仓情况。
交易所规则要求会员每周向 LME 报告其客户、关联公司或自己的场外金属业务信息。
LME 说，瑞穗未能提交应报告的场外头寸是由于 "其内部系统和控制存在漏洞"，违反了其建立和维护适当、充分的风险管理系统的义务，并补充说，瑞穗后来采取了补救措施。
LME 市场监督主管乔-莫里森（Joe Morrison）在通知中说，这一罚款是 LME 执法委员会批准的与瑞穗和解的一部分。
