近日，中国人民银行在江苏无锡主办第52届东亚及太平洋地区中央银行行长会议组织（EMEAP）支付与市场基础设施工作组（WGPMI）会议。中国人民银行副行长陆磊出席会议并致辞。
陆磊指出，近年来，在WGPMI各成员持续推动下，区域内支付与市场基础设施建设、支付服务市场发展和监管机制取得了长足进步，有力促进了区域经济发展。中国人民银行将继续秉承开放合作、互利共赢的理念，进一步加强成员间支付体系建设和监管的共享、协调与合作，推动区域支付与市场基础设施向更高水平迈进。
会议期间，各方就支付与市场基础设施领域发展成果、跨境支付互联互通、欺诈预防和监测、未来工作计划等议题进行了交流。
来自东亚及太平洋地区共11个国家和地区的49位中央银行、货币当局支付结算部门代表参加会议，国际清算银行（BIS）创新中心、中国支付清算协会和环球银行金融电信协会（SWIFT）代表参加部分议题。
