Starhill Global REIT (SGX:P40U) will redeem SG$100 million worth of 3.85% perpetual bonds, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The bonds were part of the SG$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.
Following the redemption, the bonds will be cancelled and delisted.
