PDS (NSE:PDSL, BOM:538730) said its step-down subsidiary, Simple Approach (Hong Kong), has incorporated a new subsidiary in the U.K., named Simple Approach-UK Ltd., effective Oct. 31, according to a Friday filing on Indian bourses.
The newly formed entity will focus on marketing, design, trading, and sourcing activities, the company said.
