Jindalee Lithium Buys Back Remaining Convertible Securities From Mercer Funds; Shares Down 3%

Jindalee Lithium (ASX:JLL) completed the repurchase of all outstanding convertible securities previously held by Mercer Street Global Opportunity Fund II and other funds managed by US-based C/M Capital Partners, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

Mercer previously took part in the company's AU$6.1 million capital raising in July 2024, investing AU$500,000 through a share placement and AU$3 million via convertible securities, per the filing.

The company's shares fell nearly 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
