智通财经APP讯，DYNAM JAPAN(06889)发布公告，公司之全资附属公司 DAIL 于 2025 年10月30日 (欧洲时间) 与 SMBC 订立买卖协议，据此，SMBC 同意向 DAIL 出售而 DAIL 同意购买及接收现时由 SMBC 根据租赁协议租赁予 Wizz 的该飞机引擎。根据买卖协议，SMBC 与 Wizz 之间的租赁协议将于交付日期由 SMBC 更替予 DAIL。
飞机及飞机引擎的买卖乃集团之日常业务。 董事认为收购该飞机引擎将加强集团的资产组合。由于该飞机引擎现时租予 Wizz，租赁安排将为集团带来稳定回报。此外，由于 Wizz 为集团之现有航空公司客户，集团管理层相信该收购事项将可扩大与该航空公司之合作机会及巩固长期合作关系，同时进一步提升集团于航空价值链之综合资产管理能力。
