* 该公司近日提出一项交换要约，预期将发行最多19亿美元的新债券（当中新永续债上限16亿美元），置换现有全部美元永续债及固定年期债券。
* 香港网上投资平台FSMOne环球债券部高级经理陈家朗称，永续债持有人要舍弃所有应计及未付的票息，而固定年期债券则等同于展期；即使两笔新债券的票息不低，但基于本金削减幅度较大，债券持有人没有太多诱因接受是次交换要约。
此外，两笔新债券的发行人均为新世界的全资子公司，有别于先前由新世界直接担保。（完）
