Tai Sin Electric (SGX:500) completed the acquisitions of 100% of BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Co. Ltd. and BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Corp. for 12.3 million, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The proposed acquisitions are part of the group's strategy to expand into sustainable and future-oriented businesses.
Shares of the company were up nearly 5% at the close of trading on Monday.
